The North Dallas Panthers Soccer Program is seeking a dedicated and passionate youth soccer coach to join our team. We are looking to expand our program and add more teams. We are seeking someone with soccer experience, preferably having coached at the club level during their youth. While coaching experience is preferred, it is not required.

As a youth soccer coach with the North Dallas Panthers, you will have a variety of responsibilities. You will assist other club coaches with running practices and games, as well as lead your own team. Additionally, you may be asked to help with the Panther Cubs program, which involves leading fun sessions for children aged 3-5.

Ideally, candidates will have a full-time job outside of coaching, as this opportunity is best suited for someone who is passionate about soccer and wants to work with competitive youth players but not be a sole source of income. The ability to train in the early afternoon is important, as our practices typically start at 5pm and run until 7pm. Confidence in coaching in a competitive environment is a must.
