The North Dallas Soccer Program is a youth soccer club based out of the North Dallas/Richardson area. We operate as a youth soccer club fielding academy and club level youth soccer teams for boys and girls. Our Vision is to become the primary competitive soccer option of choice to players and families in the North Dallas, Richardson, and surrounding communities. We are steadfast in our vision to create a culture and experiences for our players, parents and employees that position us to both compete at a high level but also one in which our players, parents and employees are proud to be Panthers. Our program's focus and the expectations we set are built with that in mind.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our club. The ideal candidate will have a background in soccer and a strong desire to educate and inspire young athletes. We have both entry level and experienced level positions available. We are looking to fill positions for 4v4 academy coaches. We also have a position open for an older team for the right candidate. We are a heavy skills focused program, experience or willingness to learn how to coach with a focus in the technical space is required. We will only consider candidates that have another full time job. This is for someone interested in coaching soccer but starting out has minimal hours and won't be enough to be a steady source of income.

Duties:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate training sessions for soccer players

- Teach fundamental soccer skills, strategies, and techniques

- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance

- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among players

- Plan and organize team practices and game schedules

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and games

Qualifications:

- Previous experience coaching soccer or playing at a competitive level

- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage behavior and motivate players

- Hiring working professionals that want to coach soccer in the evenings. Not currently looking for candidates that are current full time students, part time students or recent high school graduates.

- Must live within 35 minutes of Richardson/North Dallas. Will not consider candidates in Fort Worth, Denton, or any other location that is far from our practice locations.
