We’re seeking an Investment Property Advisor (IPA) passionate about residential real estate and ready to support property owners through the entire sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop a career in real estate sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a high velocity phone sales role where you will close 30-60 new customers each month.

Potential pay range: $90,000 - $120,000 (salary + commission, reflecting projected total on-target earnings for the year).
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado. Our office is in Uptown, surrounded by tech companies, coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. Team members work in-office 3 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely the other 2 days.
