The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and device returns. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of shipments and returns, maintains organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, and supports the team in executing fulfillment tasks during peak demand.
Daily Responsibilities:
Inventory Oversight:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts of modems and related equipment. Perform regular audits and report discrepancies to leadership.
Shipping & Receiving:
Supervise daily outbound shipping activities to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and dispatched correctly. Receive and log returned devices and inbound inventory.
Device Inspection & Processing:
Review returned modems for damage or missing parts. Process eligible returns for restock and route non-functional devices appropriately.
Workflow Coordination:
Delegate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of fulfillment priorities. Adjust workflows based on order volume and staffing.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Ensure all equipment is functioning and that materials are stored properly.
