Lena Rose is the spa and shop where the person in front of us matters more than what's on the shelf. We carry 500+ carefully vetted clean beauty products from small brands and make our own House Line by hand. The holidays are our busiest, happiest season, and we're looking for a few warm, organized people to help at our Lincoln Square (Chicago) and downtown Naperville shops.

The dates and hours

Seasonal: November 1, 2026 through January 5, 2027. Evenings and weekends only: weekdays 3–7pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 9am–6pm. We're hiring a few Holiday Roses for each shop and sharing the shifts between them, so tell us your availability when you apply.

What you'll do

• Welcome every guest warmly and help them find the right gift.

• Learn our products and share what makes them clean and special.

• Ring up sales, wrap gifts beautifully, and keep the shop full, tidy and holiday-ready.

• Restock shelves, sticker products and help the team through the rush.

• Make sure every guest leaves hearing "Have a beautiful day."

Non-negotiables

• Available for weekday evening and weekend shifts between November 1 and January 5, including the weeks right before the holidays.

• Warm, patient and calm when the shop is busy.

• Reliable and on time for every shift.

• Able to stand for a full shift and lift and carry boxes of stock, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• Retail, customer service or hospitality experience.

• A love of clean beauty and natural products.

• A flair for gift wrapping.

This role is not a fit if

• You can't work evenings and weekends.

• You're looking for a permanent role. This one ends January 5.

• You'd rather stay behind the counter than talk with guests.

Physical requirements
