Project Overview:
- Evaluate and recommend suitable hydrogel/material compositions for bio-electrode interfaces
- Analyze trade-offs between different material options considering conductivity, biocompatibility, and stability
- Provide detailed technical specifications and sourcing recommendations
- Guide material selection decisions based on our specific neurostimulation requirements
Required Qualifications:
- PhD or MS in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Extensive experience with hydrogel development and characterization
- Understanding of biocompatible materials and electrode interfaces
- Knowledge of electrical conductivity in soft materials
- Proficiency in material testing and characterization techniques
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience working with neurostimulation devices
- Experience with electrode-tissue interfaces
- Understanding of impedance characterization techniques
Contract Duration: 2-4 months (possibility of extension)
