The Role

As a Construction Laborer at NOCO Basements, you will assist in various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our construction efforts.

What You'll Do

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.

- Load and unload materials and equipment.

- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.

- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

- Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly.

What We're Looking For
