Description
Core Responsibilities
- Complete assigned construction tasks according to plans and specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Document work completed through our project management system (Buildertrend)
- Continually develop technical skills and knowledge
- Support team members and contribute to our collaborative environment
- Maintain positive client interactions and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform construction activities throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to various jobsites in Fort Collins and surrounding areas Monday through Friday
- Valid driver's license
- Basic math skills and ability to learn how to take accurate measurements
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Proficiency across multiple construction disciplines (HVAC, painting, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, tile, etc )
- Efficiency and quality in completed work
- Enhanced problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strengthened communication skills with team members and clients
- Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor others
- Leadership potential and initiative

Salary
$24 - $38 per hour
