Description

About NOBL Beverages

NOBL Beverages started in 2014 with a single nitro cold brew kegerator and a simple idea: make exceptional cold beverages the right way: fresh ingredients, local when we can get them, and no shortcuts. Today, we brew and can coffee, tea, juice, lattes, and more out of our facility in Seabrook, NH, and we co-pack for some of the most innovative craft brands in the Northeast.

The Role

We're looking for a dependable Packout Associate to join our packaging crew on the canning line. This is hands-on, fast-paced work at the finish end of production; the point where good product becomes a finished, shippable case. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our team to keep the line moving and make sure every pallet that goes out the door is one we're proud of. No experience? That's fine, we'll train you on the spot.

This role starts as a temporary assignment, but we're hoping to find someone we can keep. For the right person, this is a foot in the door to a permanent spot on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Stack finished cases onto pallets and wrap them for shipment
  • Apply can labels and date codes, and catch them when they aren't right
  • Re-date and re-work product as needed
  • Keep your station and the line area clean, organized, and safe
  • Pitch in wherever the packaging team needs an extra set of hands

What Makes Someone Great at This

  • You show up: on time, ready to go. Your team is counting on you.
  • You've got good energy and a strong work ethic, and you keep your pace up without cutting corners.
  • You sweat the details. A crooked label or a wrong date code doesn't get past you, because you're the last set of eyes before it ships.
  • You're easy to work alongside and quick to flag a problem before it becomes a bigger one.
  • You're open to learning and taking direction.
  • You take pride in being part of something made with care.

What to Expect Physically

We want you to know what you're signing up for: this is an active job:

  • You'll be on your feet for most of the shift
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion
  • Comfortable lifting up to ~25 lbs throughout the shift

The Details

  • Pay: $21.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Start: ASAP
  • Assignment: Temporary through Friday, June 26 — with a real path to permanent for the right fit
  • Location: On-site in Seabrook, NH (in-person role)
  • Job Type: Temporary to hire
