The Outside Logistics Sales Representative will focus on customer acquisition and retention of existing customers. This position involves cold calling new potential customers, customer business referrals, or leads through face to face visits and phone calls or emails. Work with customers to create solutions for their needs and work with the operations department to make sure expectations are realistic.
- Must be energetic, well-spoken and eager to close sales and increase revenue
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing clients and reestablishing connections as needed
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Track productivity through Hubspot CRM platform and utilization of provided tools
- Work directly inline with Branch Manager
- 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Sales CRM platform experience such as Hubspot or Salesforce
- Existing Book of Business a plus
Compensation will be based on experience.
