Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of gutter systems

• Help with exterior repairs such as fascia, siding, and trim

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on work trucks

• Use ladders and basic tools such as drills, hammers, and other equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Support the crew with other tasks as needed on job sites

• Occasionally climb roofs when required for installation work

Qualifications:

• No experience required; construction experience is a plus

• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to perform physical work and lift materials throughout the day

• Reliable and able to work well with a team

• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay depending on experience. This is a W-2 position with overtime opportunities and vacation/PTO benefits.
