The Role

This is not a traditional assistant role. The title is Director of Customer Success, and we mean it. You will be the operational backbone behind Trent and the connective tissue between our team and our clients. You'll own the client experience, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and take decisive action without waiting to be told twice.
