Key Responsibilities:

Salon Management:

·       Oversee all aspects of salon operations, including staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and financial management.

·       Create and maintain a positive and professional salon environment that reflects our commitment to natural hair excellence.

·       Handle client inquiries, appointments, and concerns to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Natural Hair Expertise:

·       Provide expert guidance on natural hair care, maintenance, and styling to clients, conducting in-depth consultations.

·       Offer personalized natural hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance plans.

·       Perform a range of natural hair styling services, including twists, locs, protective styles, and extensions.

Team Leadership:

·       Lead and mentor a team of natural hair specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality and service excellence.

·       Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote skill development and stay current with industry trends.

Client Engagement:

·       Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.

·       Educate clients on natural hair care best practices, conducting workshops and tutorials.

·       Actively engage in product sales to support clients in maintaining their natural hair styles and health.

Financial Management:

·       Manage salon finances, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control.

·       Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth salon operations.

·       Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and promotional initiatives.

Salon Appearance and Hygiene:

·       Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

·       Uphold safety and hygiene standards, oversee sanitation and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or natural hair specialist license with at least 3 years of experience
• Proven experience in salon management and natural hair expertise, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Deep knowledge of natural hair types, textures, and care techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of natural hair care products and techniques
• Passion for natural hair and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
