Key Responsibilities:
Salon Support:
- Assist the stylists and other salon professionals by preparing the workstation, tools, and products for each client's service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for clients.
Client Care:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the salon, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Attend to clients' needs and offer refreshments or magazines as they wait for their appointments.
Shampoo and Scalp Treatments:
- Provide shampooing and scalp treatments, following salon protocols and ensuring the highest level of client comfort.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the shampoo area and equipment.
Salon Appearance and Ambiance:
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization to create a luxurious and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with salon staff to ensure the overall salon appearance is impeccable at all times.
Towel and Linen Service:
- Manage the collection, washing, folding, and stocking of salon towels and linens to maintain a fresh and luxurious ambiance.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory management, including the organization of salon products and supplies.
- Notify the Salon Manager when supplies need to be replenished.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, client records, and appointment scheduling.

Support the salon manager and team in ensuring efficient salon operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to salon procedures and standards.
