Key Responsibilities:

·       Perform a wide range of advanced braiding and protective hairstyle services, demonstrating exceptional skill and creativity including but not limited to a wide range of braiding and protective styles, twists, locs, and updos etc.

• Provide expert advice and consultations to clients on hair care, styling options, and product use.
• Maintain a high standard of service and client satisfaction, managing client appointments efficiently.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.

·       Ensure that every client's visit is memorable and exceptional, delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

·       Address client feedback and concerns professionally, exceeding their expectations.

·       Maintain a pristine and organized workstation, upholding salon standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.

·       Contribute to the overall cleanliness and welcoming ambiance of the salon.

·       Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and techniques through continued education and professional development.

• Participate in and sometimes lead salon training sessions, sharing knowledge and skills with junior stylists.
• Help to build the salon’s reputation and clientele through excellent service and engagement in promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in braiding and natural hair styling, supported by a professional portfolio.
• Valid cosmetology and/or braiding license highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of different hair types and the specifics of hair care for natural hair.
• Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction in a salon setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for natural hair and a commitment to delivering extraordinary customer experiences
• Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene
