A Day in the Life as an Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist, Servicing, you will support financial advisors by managing the administrative and client servicing aspects of their business. Your role will focus on the Service Flow service line, ensuring advisors receive the structured support they need to maintain efficient operations and deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • You’ll support multiple clients with unique needs, workflows, and deadlines.
  • You’ll need to balance tasks effectively, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Our structured approach ensures consistent, high-quality support across the board.


💻 Adapting to Different Systems & Tools

  • Our clients use various platforms for operations, task management, and client relationships such as Redtail, Wealthbox, and Advyzon.
  • While familiarity with common business and industry software is helpful, we provide onboarding and training to set you up for success.
  • Being adaptable and quick to learn new systems will be key in this role.

What You’ll Do

Your role will include a combination of the following responsibilities, with each area contributing to your overall impact:


  • Assist financial advisors with client servicing tasks and projects that are in-scope of services provided by Nifty Advisor Support
  • Manage custodian paperwork and processes, while communicating with custodians as necessary (60%)
  • Communicating directly with advisors and their clients through video, Slack, email, and phone (15%)
  • Complete ad hoc tasks which includes, but is not limited to: auditing and installing workflows, drafting emails, conducting research, administrative support, etc. (25%)
  • Available AM or PM time block between 9am-5pm Eastern time and can meet strict deadlines


Non-Negotiables

To be successful in this role, you must have:

✔ Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting financial advisors in a back-office or operational role; prior experience with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) is preferred.

✔ Bachelors degree (or degree equivalent) in Finance or a related field.

✔ Experience with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or SEI.

✔ Ability to manage multiple workflows and shifting priorities effectively.

✔ Comfort with learning and using various business and operational platforms.

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.

✔ Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to evolving client needs.

✔ Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work (U.S. Citizen or Valid Work Permit).

✔ Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
