About Nifty Advisor Support
Nifty Advisor Support provides ongoing and project-based implementation support for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). We’re a remote team built on trust, clear expectations, and consistent execution.
Role Summary
As an Implementation Specialist on the Servicing team, you’ll provide client servicing and operational support for RIAs across our Service Flow and/or Service Forward service lines. This role is best for someone detail-oriented, adaptable across multiple systems, and proactive in communication.
You’ll also partner closely with the Service Delivery Coordinator and Implementation Coaches to support advisor satisfaction, monitor service quality, and proactively identify and address any service gaps.
Time Tracking Requirement
This is a salaried full-time role; however, accurate hourly time tracking by client and task is required for capacity planning and service delivery.
What Success Looks Like
- You track your time daily and accurately by client and task.
- You communicate early and clearly, especially when priorities shift, or a deadline is at risk.
- You can switch between multiple tech stacks (CRM, custodians, task management, email) without dropping details.
- You’re adaptable, take ownership, and ask for help quickly when you’re blocked.
Responsibilities
- Manage custodian paperwork and service requests (forms, follow-ups, tracking, and status updates) (approx. 60%)
- Communicate with advisors, custodians, and clients as needed via email, Slack, phone, and video (approx. 15%)
- Complete ad hoc operational tasks such as workflow audits/implementation, drafting client emails, research, and administrative support (approx. 25%)
- Track tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate status, next steps, and risks
- Partner with the Service Delivery Coordinator and Implementation Coaches to ensure advisors are satisfied with services and to identify and address service gaps
Qualifications
- 1-3 years supporting financial advisors in a back-office/operations role (RIA experience preferred)
- Custodian experience required (Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape preferred)
- Proven ability to track hourly work precisely (by task/client) in a time-tracking system
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities
- Strong written communication and responsiveness in a remote environment (Slack/email)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems at once and learn new tools quickly
- Comfortable escalating issues and asking questions early to keep work moving
- High school diploma
- U.S.-based and legally authorized to work
- Must pass a background check
