Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing (60%)

  • Interact with BFA clients for their client servicing and financial planning needs
  • Master the designated client servicing tasks within Fidelity and Schwab
  • Manage client notes, activities, and workflows in Redtail
  • Collaborate with lead advisors by contributing to client meetings, capturing detailed notes, and executing on follow-up actions

Financial Planning (30%)

  • Gather, organize, and analyze planning data
  • Identify and explore planning opportunities within each client engagement
  • Conduct asset allocation and rollover analyses
  • Develop models and conduct stress tests within eMoney
  • Develop holistic financial plans and present at peer review
  • Compile presentations and/or client holding reports for client meetings
  • Analyze tax returns using Holistiplan to identify opportunities

Business Development (10%)

  • Deliver top-level client experiences and ask for referrals
  • Listen, relate, and uncover client/prospect’s needs
  • Craft and deliver custom recommendations based on each client’s unique needs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent skills
  • Series 65 license or equivalent
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services
  • CFP certification, or pursuit of CFP preferred
  • Advanced degrees like MBA or CFA advantageous
