The role of the Advisor Advocate works independently and collaboratively with Registered Investment Advisors and the Nifty Advisor Support team to provide day-to-day implementation and client servicing support. The Role:

  • Support multiple RIAs on the Servicing team with administrative and workflow-oriented tasks
  • Workflow, paperwork, technology, and custodial support (60%)
  • Communicating directly with advisors and their clients through Zoom, Slack, email, and phone (15%)
  • Complete ad hoc tasks such as building and auditing workflows, resolving technical issues, drafting emails, conducting research, administrative support, etc. (25%)
  • Available to respond to requests between 9am-5pm Eastern Time, flexibility to work whenever as long as hours, deadlines, and communication needs are met


The Technicalities:

  • This is an entirely 100% remote position
  • Must pass a mandatory background check
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet connection (a speed test will be required)
  • Must adhere to ongoing cybersecurity and compliance measures
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of client service experience
  • Experience with Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity Wealthscape
  • Required to use 1Password, Toggl, Slack, and other Nifty core systems
  • High acumen for excellent client service
  • High attention to detail, organized, and process-oriented
  • Tactical thinker, problem solver, and resourceful


This is an hourly W-2 part-time position, up to 100 hours/month.

Salary

$25 - $30 per hour
