Position: Restaurant Manager at Nibble Nation

Location: Tallahassee

About Us:

At Nibble Nation, we are dedicated to serving our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure customers receive correct and complete orders within service time goals

- Prepare and ensure consistent, high-quality products are served to guests

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members

- Provide direction and supervision to colleagues

- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies

- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately

- Manage financial responsibilities and cost control goals

- Implement marketing events and promotions to increase sales

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years experience in a management role in the quick service restaurant industry or full service restaurant

-Servsafe Certification

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong management, team building, and communication skills

- Effective profit & loss analysis KSA.

- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work a 40+ hour work week

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations

-The ability to lift and move 55 pounds.

-The ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground.
