Working closely with the Association Director, the Member Experience Associate will play an integral part in supporting and leading the Association’s administrative membership needs.

Position Summary: Working closely with the Association Director, the Member Experience Associate will play an integral part in supporting and leading the Association’s administrative membership needs.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Association Director.
  • Assist members of multiple associations with inquiries related to membership and accessing services.
  • Process and approve membership applications and renewals.
  • Maintain and update membership records/databases.
  • Assist with member communications (newsletters, social media, renewal notices, etc.)
  • Collect data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports.
  • Implement already developed strategies to recruit new members and retain existing members.
  • Participate in client meetings related to events/membership and record minutes.
  • Provide onsite support for conferences when necessary.
  • Provide additional administrative support to Ngage’s leadership team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative support. 
  • Previous work in an association, non-profit, or membership-based organization, is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook), Asana or project management experience a plus.
  • Experience with association management software and/or online event management software.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
