Family Law Attorney

Position Summary

We are seeking a family law attorney with at least 1 year of experience in family law. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is client centric and eager to be part of a tight-knit legal team. Compensation

Base pay

• $100k - $185k annually (depending on experience)

Bonus

• 30% of the total amount billed and collected by attorney over the minimum annual billable requirement (paid annually)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with and providing legal representation for clients
• Collaborating closely with firm owners, attorneys, and paralegals to develop case strategies and provide the highest quality of service possible for clients
• Contributing to a team centric culture

Education and Experience Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in family law
• At least one year of trial or litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients and manage multiple cases effectively

Preferred Experience

• One or more years' experience in estate planning

License/Certifications

• Colorado Bar License (Required)

Work Location

• In-Person at our Denver office (paid garage parking)
• Partial remote work is allowed (up to two days per week) after the first 90 days
