We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate internal company projects. This person will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s goals and culture. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and be an excellent leader. The individual will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desired outcome to our organization.

Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the management team to come up with sustainable goals, timelines, strategies, and objectives for the organization
  • Ensure projects within the program are prioritized, staffed, and resourced to ensure delivery of expected results and benefits
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on software and hardware engineering
  • Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities and aim to maximize ROI
  • Identify and escalate program issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management
  • Devise new programs that support the organization’s objectives
  • Communicate with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
  • Work with the management team to improve strategies
  • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program results
  • Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and development teams
  • Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey expectations, technologies, and solutions to company personnel
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team and a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Strong customer service experience and focus
  • Self-starter and accountable
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving ability


Education and Experience:

  • Technical background and an understanding of software and hardware engineering is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline is preferred
  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience, including leading projects and managing teams
  • PMP certification is a plus
