Most people are wired one of two ways. Either they're the person everyone loves talking to — or they're the person who never, ever lets a detail slip. This role needs both. And if you're one of the rare people who is both, this is going to be the most interesting job posting you read today. Next Level Pros is hiring a Community Manager to be the concierge for our member community. Not a support inbox. Not a chat queue. A real person who knows our members by name, knows what they're building, and knows exactly what they need before they ask. What Makes This Role Different? You'll own it, not share it. This is not a role where five people touch the same member and nobody is accountable. Member experience is yours. You'll build the systems, run the follow-up, and be the name our members think of when they think of Next Level Pros. You'll have real standards to hit. We measure three things: member retention, coaching call attendance, and monthly touch points per member. Clear targets, clear scoreboard, no guessing whether you're doing a good job. You'll be the one who catches everything. Wrong link sent? Registration not confirmed? Member quietly disengaged three weeks ago? You'll see it before anyone else does — because you're the kind of person who notices. You'll be in the room. You report directly to a Co-Founder. You'll travel with the team to workshops, retreats, and live events. When our members have a moment worth celebrating, you're the one who made it happen. You'll be early. We're a growing company, which means the systems you build become the way this is done. Not inheriting someone else's playbook — writing it.
