As a House Cleaning Specialist at Next Level Cleaning LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. Your meticulous attention to detail, dedication, and passion for creating clean and comfortable living spaces will be highly valued. We are looking for experienced, reliable, and trustworthy house cleaners to clean homes independently for most shifts and as part of a team for some assignments. We are looking for employees with consistent days of availability, that are looking for 20 to 30 hours a week with shifts being 4 to 6 hours between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm. Great flexibility to accommodate your life while providing great service on a schedule that works for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living areas
• Organize and declutter spaces to create a tidy and inviting atmosphere
• Change bed linens, wash windows, and perform additional specialized cleaning tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing specific cleaning preferences and requirements
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions, while also being a reliable team player
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their cleaning preferences
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the job)
