· Oversee daily school operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and efficient environment.
· Manage enrollment, attendance, and student records with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Support and coordinate with teaching staff to facilitate curriculum delivery and special programs.
· Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and community partners.
· Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and resource management.
· Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding preschool operations.
· Organize school events, meetings, and staff development sessions.
· Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or related field (preferred).
· Experience in preschool or educational administration is highly desirable.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
