As the Executive Vice President of Engineering, you will not only lead our engineering department but also actively participate in software development, embodying a hands-on approach. Your role involves driving the technical vision and overseeing the deployment of software solutions that align with our company's strategic objectives. This position requires a balance of high-level strategic planning and day-to-day coding and development tasks, ensuring that our technology solutions are both innovative and practical.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the technical direction and strategy of the company.
  • Ensure engineering strategies and practices integrate seamlessly with business goals.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance, including contributing code and reviewing pull requests.
  • Oversee and participate in the recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier engineering talent.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem-solving within the engineering team.
  • Manage technology budgets and allocate resources effectively to prioritize projects and initiatives.

  • Extensive experience in a senior engineering leadership role with hands-on involvement in software development.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development and system architecture, with current coding skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, paired with practical execution skills and the ability to address immediate technical challenges.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
