Description

Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling techniques, including mastery of RDCR scripts.
  • Oversee outbound calling initiatives, ensuring high-quality telemarketing practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive leads and conversions through Google reviews, referrals, and organic marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, forecast performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the technical sales process, providing insights into product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.


Qualifications


  • P&C License is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in inside sales management or business development, preferably within insurance or a related sector.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in telemarketing, outbound calling, and closing sales deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
