Responsibilities

• Welcome and supervise children in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
• Engage children through play, learning experiences, and positive interactions.
• Support arrival, before-care, snack, outdoor play, dismissal, and end-of-day routines, depending on assigned shift.
• Maintain clean, organized classrooms and common areas.
• Use positive guidance techniques to support children's social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with light cleaning, sanitizing, and classroom preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule

Choose one of the following consistent schedules:

• Morning: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–10:00am
• Afternoon: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–6:00pm

Additional hours may be available based on enrollment and staffing needs, with opportunities for future full-time employment.
