We are seeking an experienced and passionate eBike Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of eBike products, as well as leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Acquisition of new customers and establishment of a strong customer base.
- Support and advise existing customers, nurturing long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to boost sales.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, highlighting the value of our products.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with customers, ensuring mutually agreements.
- Perform market and competitive analyses to develop strategic sales plans.
- Implement proactive sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales experience, ideally as a sales manager or in a comparable position.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
- High self-motivation, determination, and a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of important sales and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the e-bike industry is a strong advantage.
