Private practice therapist based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania is expanding and looking for other therapists to join my team! I am hiring for a part-time Fee-for-Service Therapist to provide individual therapy to adult clients. This is a 100% telehealth remote position. This role requires a minimum commitment of 18 sessions per week. Applicants must reside in and be licensed in PA as an LMSW or LAPC. This is an ideal position for a new LMSW or LAPC who is eager to join an emerging boutique practice that you can grow and build with! My vision for this position is to hire someone who will complete your hours with us over the next 2-3 years, and then become a full-time supervisor at NRC as the practice grows. This position is also open to LCSW or LPC fully licensed clinicians who would like to continue to gain experience in a private practice setting over the next year and become a full-time supervisor as the practice grows. New grads are encouraged to apply! 

As an individual provider I specialize in working with women who are feeling stuck in their lives. They are often trapped in cycles of toxic relationships or unfulfilling careers and have a deep longing to reach their full potential. I help clients to identify what’s keeping them stuck and to take actionable steps towards creating a more fulfilling life. I’m hoping to find fellow clinicians who will bring their own individual identities and specializations, but who share my passion for change oriented work. 

Applicant qualifications: 

• Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals
• Familiarity working with vulnerable populations and people with diverse identities 
• At least one year of experience offering therapeutic services in a clinical setting in-person or virtual (clinical graduate internships will be considered).
• Familiarity with diagnostic assessments such as the PHQ9 and GAD-7
• Knowledge of DSM-V-TR and CBT, ACT, or other clinical modalities
• Experience developing treatment plans and guiding the treatment process
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 18 sessions weekly
• Evening and/or weekend availability may be needed in order to accommodate client schedules
• Familiarity with SOAP notes (support will be provided to ensure that documentation meets insurance requirements).
• Must be organized and able to submit notes within 24hrs of completed sessions
• Experience using EHR systems (Therapy Notes/Simple Practice experience is a plus+)
• Ability to do administrative tasks necessary to maintain an organized caseload
• Must reside in and be licensed in Pennsylvania
• Interest in blogging, writing and social media is a plus
• Experience with groups or couples is a plus

Compensation:

• Competitive starting pay $40 per session for LMSW or LAPC
• Pay increase to $42 with caseload of 25 sessions weekly
• LCSW or LPC Fully licensed clinicians start at $45
• Pay increase to $47 with caseload of 25 sessions weekly
