Shifts available are 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Wednesdays and Saturdays only. This is an in person position in our shop located in New Haven CT. No possibility for remote.

We seek an experienced Barista in this multi-tasking environment. There is light traffice in our brick and mortar so the Barista will be responsible for the retail storefront display duties and pivoting on to our packaging line as time allows. Typical duties will be:

1. Opening & Closing store
2. Producing hot and cold drinks for the walk in customers of our take out Tea & Coffee bar
3. Cashiering at Customer check out
4. Retail store front display duties such as dusting and re-stocking
5. Filling, labeling, sealing our tea and coffee product packages
6. Assembling product kits
7. Cleaning kitchen, machinery and blending station
8. Possible food preparation and food take out service in the near future.

Prefer one year barista experience. We could occassionally use some help with Social Media and Inventory Counting, it would be a plus if the candidate has any capabilities in these areas.

No allergies to herbs, spices, coffee or other strong aromas. Barista tips are not shared and are collected daily.
