Imagine greeting travelers as they arrive at their island getaway, the sparkling waters visible just beyond our lobby doors. As our Front Desk Agent, you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. You won't just be checking people in – you'll be the ambassador of our resort, the local expert who helps visitors discover hidden gems, and the problem-solver who ensures every vacation moment is perfect from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and handle efficient check-in/check-out processes
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately
• Provide knowledgeable information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests both in person and via phone
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle special requests and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Manage the multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Computer proficiency with ability to learn property management systems
• Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of the Florida Keys area (preferred but not required)
