Our development environment is highly multidisciplinary and combines:

This internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience building real medical imaging systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Depending on background and interests, interns may contribute to:

●      Medical image processing workflows

●      C# desktop application development (WPF/MVVM)

●      Python-based reconstruction pipelines

●      AI inference and data processing tools

●      Visualization and UI/UX features

●      System integration and testing

●      Automated testing and CI/CD infrastructure

●      Research prototypes and proof-of-concept tools

●      Lab setup and data acquisition support

●      Engineering documentation and design reviews

Examples of projects include:

●      Fluoroscopy image processing

●      3D reconstruction visualization

●      Logging and debugging infrastructure

●      Workflow automation tools

●      Geometry calibration tools

●      Image stitching prototypes

●      Performance optimization

●      Medical imaging data management

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

●      Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics, or related field

●      Strong programming skills in at least one language:

○      C#

○      C++

○      Python

●      Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals

●      Strong problem-solving skills

●      Comfortable learning independently in a startup environment

Bonus experience:

●      Medical imaging

●      Computer vision

●      AI / deep learning

●      CUDA / GPU programming

●      OpenCV, PyTorch, ITK, or VTK
