Hybrid Position- 3 Days Remote, 2 Days at Contractor Tysons Corner office


In this role, the Salesforce Developer will design Salesforce applications developing modern customizable fully functional solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will identify and solve complex software problems that will transform the way work happens. 


Responsibilities:


  • Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
  • Creating timelines and development goals.
  • Develop enhancements to Salesforce.com and related systems and utilize technical aspects within Salesforce such as Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
  • Participates in the full software development cycle including coding, testing, implementation
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Previous work experience with application and software development.
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visualforce.
