Description

In this role, the Salesforce Business Analyst will integrate and implement the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating software application testing, recommending improvements, and ensuring the stability of the implementation.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various techniques to gather, track, and analyze the requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and client stakeholders as well as internal meetings.
  • Provide functional support to developers and the QA team.
  • Author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation of all aspects of the systems in question, including business requirements and use cases
  • Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams


Qualifications:


  • 6+ years of hands-on work as a Business Analyst with at least three (3) years of SALESFORCE experience and integrated tools/platforms automation.
  • Self-starter with experience working independently with a proactive working style
  • Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge
  • A critical thinker with an appreciation for simple high-quality solutions
