About the Role

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in promoting Nestol’s innovative home care services to homeowners in the Richmond area. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, offering you the opportunity to not only earn based on your sales but also on the performance of the team you build and manage.


What You’ll Do


• Actively sell Nestol’s home care services to homeowners, driving sales in the local market.

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.

• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.

• Track and report sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
