We are looking for a motivated, reliable landscaper to help maintain our properties! The properties are located in Stanwood, Burlington, Mount Vernon, and Bellingham. This job requires flexibility and the ability to pivot suddenly onto other projects if the need arises. Attention to detail is a must!

Qualified Candidates will be...

-Punctual (and have a reliable vehicle to travel between properties)

-Have an excellent work ethic

-Quick learner

-Good listener, able to take direction well

-Organized

-Self-motivated

-Comfortable on ladders

-Heavy lifting/carrying is required! (50lbs++)

+Construction skills are a plus

+Previous building maintenance experience is a plus

Duties will include...

-Landscaping

-Mowing

-Edging

-Blowing

-Weed Removal

-Pruning

-Tree Removal

-Spreading of bark and gravel

-Digging

-Window washing

-Exterior building detailing and maintenance

-Additional duties as assigned

Company vehicle will be available for use. Tools are supplied.
