Role Description:

A Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) provides direct treatment and assists in the monitoring of individual goals under the direction and supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist. SLPAs exhibit and prioritize the core values of NEO Orthopedics & Rehabilitation: compassion, teamwork, ethical, integrity, respect and

knowledge in their daily workplace activities.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate SLPA Degree program or Bachelor's
• Degree in Communication Disorders or related degree.
• Valid Oklahoma SLPA License (or ability to apply)
• Experience working with individuals with communication
• disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance

Experience in a clinical or school setting is preferred.
