• We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Esthetician with 1+ years of professional experience to join our growing team
• The ideal candidate will be confident in performing advanced skin care treatments, stay up to date on industry trends, and—preferably—bring an established social media following and/or prior clientele to help grow our brand presence
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on esthetics experience in a spa, medispa, or dermatology setting
• Current state license in Esthetics
• Proficiency in lasering, skin analysis, peels, and dermaplaning
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments with precision and safety
• Conduct professional skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens
• Administer chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin treatments
• Deliver Hydrafacial services and body/facial contouring (prior experience preferred but not required—training available)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment area
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and ongoing skincare routines
• Stay informed on the latest beauty and skincare trends, incorporating them into services when appropriate
• Engage clients and promote services both in person and online
