Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Provide a structured project plan that integrates with the System Integrator (SI) plans and coordinate activities throughout the planning process. Review SI plans, schedules, effort, and assumptions of the ERP implementation program, based on leading practices. 
• Oversee the execution of independent verification and validation activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the project meets or exceeds performance targets, addressing issues and risks proactively.
• Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors. Establish and track KPIs for the project.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set expectations. Establish the program management. This includes the governance structure, management processes, plans, procedures, tools, etc.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on status, risks, and issues. Establish and oversee program performance and reporting, to include development of all presentations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and executive management. Present findings to management on regular cadence. 
• Present risks and risk mitigation recommendations per established plan.
• Manage project changes and ensure proper change control procedures are followed. In coordination with the SI, PMO, establish the processes for managing all changes to the requirements, scope, schedule, or budget through a formally defined scope change process.
• Manage relationships with SI, PMO and monitor their progress and adherence to agreed-on scope and deliverables. Manage relationships with client Team Leads, monitor their teams’ progress against schedule. 
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of independent verification & validation processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified, Oracle Certified Professional).
