Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all verification and validation functions, including development and execution of independent verification and validation plans, procedures, and checklists as needed to support the program as outlined under the plan and requested by the project manager. 
• Develop routine status reporting and ad hoc communications and program updates. 
• Coordinate with the project manager to consistently track and monitor processes for managing risks, issues, action items, and decisions. 
• Perform detailed analysis of project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test plans.
• Conduct verification and validation activities to ensure the ERP system meets functional and technical specifications.
• Track and document issues, risks, and defects; assist in root cause analysis and development of corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities and findings.
• Support the preparation of the reports and presentations for project stakeholders. Create PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, and artifacts.
• Collaborate with project team members, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to gather and analyze data.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Stay current with ERP system updates, industry standards, and best practices in independent verification and validation.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT projects, with a focus on software testing, quality assurance, or business analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with either the implementation of a large-scale cloud-based ERP system or experience with independent verification and validation of a cloud-based ERP system.
• Background in financial analysis and/or HCM system analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is essential.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is advantageous.
