Copper State Victory-- the 2026 Coordinated Campaign to elect Arizona Democrats-- is seeking an Operations Associate, a key member of our campaign’s operations team responsible for managing projects and logistics on the campaign. Arizona is a pivotal battleground state in 2026, from protecting our last line of defense in Governor Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, and Attorney General Kris Mayes to flipping the state Legislature and key red-to-blue congressional seats. Joining the CSV team means being a part of the premier offensive line for Arizona Democrats up and down the ballot.

Description

The Operations Associate will work within the operations team to support the campaign’s physical and electronic material needs, coordinate day-to-day logistics, and project management, including tracking internal project deadlines. We are looking for a candidate with organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-player mentality. 

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Start Date: June

Salary: $5,750/month

Benefits: Eligible for UnitedHealthcare medical, dental, and vision plans at no premium

Hours: This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and will require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.

Status: Exempt

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct project management on behalf of Operations Department, including by maintaining, tracking, and facilitating successful implementation of  internal deadlines to help keep operations department projects moving forward
  • Support day-to-day operations and logistics on the campaign, working closely with Deputy Operations Directors to ensure needs of the campaign are met
  • Work with vendors to project manage printing of campaign signs, literature, and other campaign materials
  • Track office supply needs, utility upkeep, and staff logistics to support field offices
  • Maintain vendor relationships for procurement and event services
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure that all administrative needs are met across the campaign

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and passion for the work
  • A “can-do” attitude and desire to solve problems in support of other team members
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and work with other team members, as well as a desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite of programs
  • Previous campaign experience is a plus but not required
