Copper State Victory-- the 2026 Coordinated Campaign to elect Arizona Democrats, and a project of Navajo County Democratic Committee-- is seeking a Deputy Operations Director for GOTV, a key member of our campaign team in charge of project managing packetland, staging locations, and other Get Out the Vote operations. Arizona is a pivotal battleground state in 2026, from protecting our last line of defense in Governor Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, and Attorney General Kris Mayes, to flipping the state Legislature and key red-to-blue congressional seats. Joining the CSV team means being a part of the premier offensive line for Arizona Democrats up and down the ballot.

The Deputy Operations Director for GOTV is a pivotal member of the team, managing the Get Out the Vote process from start to finish. The Deputy Ops Director for GOTV will also work closely with the Deputy Campaign Manager to budget for and order campaign literature for slates of candidates all around the state as well as work with the organizing and data departments to plan for the needs of every staging location. We are looking for a responsive, passionate, and communicative campaign professional with organizational and management skills, experience with the needs of an organizing program, and attention to detail in an environment that requires quick, goal oriented work.

Salary: $7,500/month

Hours: This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and will require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.

Responsibilities: 

  • Project manage the location selection, materials ordering, staff scheduling, and outbound shipping planning for packetland, the central GOTV staging warehouse.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for printing materials, ensuring that all necessary campaign literature arrives on the correct timeline and gets distributed properly to staging locations around the state.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Campaign Manager to budget GOTV materials and shipping costs.
  • Work closely with organizing and data departments to map out staging locations and delivery plans to distribute packets ahead of GOTV door-knocking.
  • Create a comprehensive plan for election day operations to encourage voters to stay in line.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 cycles of experience on campaigns, with previous statewide campaign experience preferred
  • Logistical planning, supply chain, advance, or campaign operations experience preferred
  • A strong understanding of the needs and logistics of an organizing team is essential, and experience working as an organizer is preferred
  • Demonstrate strong people management abilities, prior staff management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and passion for the work.
  • Experience working with large budgets preferred
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure is required
