We’re hiring for a part-time summer role at Nauburn Coffee. We’re a small team in a small town, and we take pride in doing things right—from pulling great espresso to serving people with care and keeping the shop clean and welcoming. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, is willing to learn, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty when needed.

What You'll Do

• Make espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, and regular ol’ coffee (we’ll train you if needed)
• Serve our in-house pastries and sandwiches
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Chat with customers, take orders, and handle payments
• Help with anything else that needs doing—whether it’s prepping, wiping tables, or helping out with our new in-house market

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and not afraid of hard work
• Willing to learn and ask questions—we don’t expect you to know everything
• Someone who sees what needs doing and just does it
• Comfortable talking with customers and keeping a good vibe, even during rushes
• Available to work part-time hours this summer, including mornings and weekends

• Hourly Wage: $8.00 to $12.00 per hour, plus tips
