We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Nature's Way Creating Better Days, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse and fulfillment activities, including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping orders. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be inspecting products for defects and maintaining inventory records.
Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities
- Record daily inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low stock
- Box, wrap, and pack merchandise according to procedures
- Prepare outbound orders and ensure accuracy
- Inspect products for damages and report as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory software
- Forklift certification required
- Valid driver's license
