Internship Overview

This paid summer internship provides hands-on exposure to all aspects of a service-based business, including operations, sales, project execution, and professional networking. Interns rotate through structured learning modules to gain perspective on the operation of the business. 

What You’ll Do

Interns will rotate through the following areas:

• Work alongside on technicians, gain hands-on experience in the business
• Participate in site assessments and the quoting process with our sales team
• Participate in professional networking events with company leadership
• Engage in team-building exercises with fellow interns
• Weekly 1-on-1 mentorship, exposure to business decision-making, not just task execution
• Ongoing feedback with the focus on professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college students or recent graduates
• Interest in the trades and blue collar business operations, sales, or entrepreneurship
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in both field and professional environments
