Description

Role Overview

As an Associate Landscaper, you will work alongside our experienced team to install, maintain, and enhance various landscaping projects. This mid level role is perfect for someone who’s eager to get hands-on experience and grow their skills in all facets of landscaping—from planting to pruning to irrigation and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain existing landscapes through mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and general cleanup.

• Learn and apply proper horticultural techniques such as watering schedules, fertilization, and pest control.

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and ensure client satisfaction.

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.


Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train passionate, hard-working individuals.

• Basic knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and landscaping tools is helpful.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing project needs.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is preferred.


Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for 8-10 hours per shift.

• Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 80 pounds.

• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods.
