Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: 40 hours per week (8am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday)
On Target Earnings: ~$50,000+
Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
Bonus Incentive: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to sales, service scheduling, and customer satisfaction metrics. Details of the Inside Sales Performance Incentive outlined below.
Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state laws.

Workplace
This role is remote-first and results-driven. You can work from home — or anywhere that inspires you — most of the time. You must be able to meet in person once per week for a company all hands meeting in Wake Forest, NC.
