Behavior Technician (In-Home ABA Therapy)
Location: Hercules, San Pablo, Concord
Hourly Wage: $24–$30/hour
Natural Behavioral Solutions, a compassionate ABA therapy provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our supportive team. We specialize in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive in-home therapy services, with the tools and training to help you succeed.
Requirements:
- Monday - Friday 3:30-6:00pm minimum availability required
- Work experience with children is required

What You'll Do:
- Deliver ABA therapy programs and protocols in client homes.
- Collect and input accurate session data using company-provided tools.
- Work closely with supervisors to tailor programs to client needs.
- Support clients in achieving independence and community integration.
- Attend monthly trainings and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience working with children under the age of 10 years (required).
- Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and assume a variety of physical postures (required).
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Multilanguage speakers encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred).
